Why we still check every piece by hand
We started with one platter and a question that still guides us: can a serving piece do more than hold food? Seven years on, the answer sits in every hotel banquet hall and restaurant pass we supply.
Hospitality is demanding work. A piece has to survive a hundred covers a night and still look like it belongs on the table. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is why nothing leaves our unit in Jaipur without being checked by hand.
